DEOS supports single-point dealerships, regional operators, public and private dealer groups, national organizations, OEMs, agency partners, and service and parts businesses. Our support process helps users with account access, application questions, connected workflows, and technical issues, with the request directed to the appropriate team for the deployment.
How We Help
Begin in the DEOS application by submitting a support request or using the AI support chat. This gives the support process the relevant account context and provides a consistent place to begin resolving the issue. You may also email us directly.
Include your organization and location, a brief description of the issue, and a contact number. Where useful, identify the affected workflow and when the issue occurred. Do not include passwords, authentication codes, or unnecessary customer information.
Normal support is provided during standard business hours. Urgent matters are prioritized regardless of when they arise; identify the impact clearly when submitting the request so it can be escalated appropriately.
