Legal Notices

1. Company Identity And Covered Offerings

This website and the covered Services are operated by I REVLAB, INC., a Wyoming corporation, headquartered at 4910 Communications Ave, Suite 120, Boca Raton, FL 33431, United States ("Company," "REVLAB," "we," "us," or "our").

These notices concern Company-operated pages at deos1.com, its subdomains, and other Company pages that link to these notices. References to our Services include DEOS™ (Dealer Engagement Operating System), REVLAB VIDEO™, REPLAi™, REPLAi WebID, REPLAi Sales, REPLAi Service, and covered legacy Ignite, Engage, and Retain offerings, as applicable. Rebranding does not by itself amend an existing customer's agreement.

Independent dealerships, dealer groups, agencies, OEMs, repair businesses, and other customers using our technology remain separate businesses. Their websites, offers, transactions, and independent privacy practices do not become Company's merely because they use or display the Services.

These Legal Notices provide public disclosures about our technology, business role, intellectual property, and the limitations of information presented on our websites. They supplement, and should be read with:

Document Principal Subject
Site Terms of Use Access to Company websites, demonstrations, interactive features, and permitted website use
Privacy Policy Personal information, processing roles, communications, likeness information, retention, privacy rights, and contacts
Product and Services Subscription Terms and Conditions Business access, paid and unpaid entitlements, customer responsibilities, platform use, subscription terms, remedies, and disputes
Accepted Order and applicable signed addenda Customer-specific scope, pricing, authorized entities, data processing, security, and other negotiated commitments
Feature-specific notices and releases Required information and permissions for particular communications, recordings, replicas, or other regulated processing

The applicable documents are available through the website's legal navigation and the relevant ordering or activation process. Copies may be requested at legal@deos1.com.

These notices do not independently enroll a person in a subscription, create a payment obligation, obtain consent, or impose a new liability limitation, indemnity, jury waiver, or class-action waiver. Those matters are governed by the applicable accepted agreement and law. The priority provisions of that agreement control conflicts concerning contracted Services. Nothing here reduces an express service commitment, privacy protection, or nonwaivable legal right.

3. AI Technology And Synthetic Media Disclosure

The Services use AI and automation to support dealership and other authorized business communications and operations. Depending on the subscribed features and configuration, an interaction may involve AI-generated or AI-assisted voice, SMS, chat, email, imagery, video, summaries, recommendations, or workflow actions.

A realistic voice, face, avatar, or personalized video may be synthetic or generated from authorized source materials. It does not necessarily depict a person speaking live, recording a new message for that recipient, personally reviewing the interaction, or endorsing every generated statement. AI assistants are software, not independent human employees or licensed professional advisers.

The creative and video tools may generate or edit materials from text prompts, product URLs, reference images, or authorized persona assets. Similar outputs may be generated for different users. A reference image or product URL does not itself establish a right to reuse the underlying material.

This page is a general disclosure. It does not replace any AI identification, recording notice, synthetic-media label, consent request, or other disclosure required within a particular call, message, video, enrollment, or interaction. Those requirements must be addressed at the appropriate point of use.

4. AI Accuracy, Human Oversight, And Action Limits

AI-generated content and inferences may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular situation. Automated summaries and reports can omit context. Users must evaluate material facts, offers, consequential recommendations, and workflow settings and maintain appropriate human review and escalation procedures.

Authorized automation may act under standing instructions without manual review of every message. Its permitted authority depends on the applicable agreement, configured permissions, approved workflows, and law. A generated response is not an amendment to a contract or an independent authorization to exceed those limits.

The Services do not guarantee that every identity match, recommendation, answer, communication, or automated action will be correct. This limitation does not excuse Company from performing agreed processing and safeguards with the care required by its agreement or applicable law.

5. Connected Data And The Dealer Data Universe

DEOS may connect authorized DMS, CRM, scheduling, inventory, and other systems to establish a Dealer Data Universe (DDU): a dealership-specific intelligence and engagement context supporting permitted external communications and internal queries.

The connected layer does not automatically replace the DMS, CRM, scheduler, accounting system, or another system's underlying operational responsibilities. Reconciliation, cleansing, deduplication, and synchronization do not establish that every underlying record is true or current. Source conflicts, synchronization delays, missing permissions, and uncertain identity matches may require correction or human resolution.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, currency, and lawful availability of the records they supply or authorize us to retrieve. Communications and actions based on those records depend on their quality and timeliness. Company is not an independent verifier of every name, contact detail, vehicle association, appointment, service record, or source-system fact. Customers must maintain their records and report material errors. Responsibility for an issue is allocated according to its cause and the applicable agreement, including Company's responsibility for its own processing errors and expressly agreed data-quality functions.

6. Dealership Data Isolation And AI Processing Boundary

Under the platform's subscription protections, dealership DDU information is maintained within the dealership's designated, access-controlled DEOS cloud environment, with tenant-scoped permissions, processing context, and data-segregation controls. A group, agency, or OEM relationship does not alone authorize cross-dealership access or pooling of customer records. Specifically authorized group access remains subject to each dealership environment's permissions.

Company does not use dealership private customer records, prompts, conversations, biometric information, or likeness assets to train shared or general-purpose AI models for unrelated customers. Company does not pool dealership DDU customer information with other dealerships' customer information or submit it to an outside shared AI application for independent processing, enrichment, or training.

Authorized hosting, storage, and inference-compute providers may operate Company-controlled workloads within the DEOS service boundary under applicable restrictions. A proprietary AI stack does not mean every underlying component was developed in-house or that no infrastructure provider processes information. An isolated dealership tenant does not necessarily mean a dedicated physical server, GPU, or cloud-provider account.

Necessary, authorized transmissions to source systems, communication carriers, recall-data providers, and other contracted operational providers may occur to deliver the Services. For example, a text provider needs the destination number and message to deliver a text. Such processing does not grant unrestricted DDU access or independent AI reuse. The detailed processing, isolation, confidentiality, and security obligations are stated in the applicable subscription terms, Privacy Policy, and any controlling addendum.

7. Dealership Offers, Advertising, And Transaction Responsibility

Company provides technology for communications and engagement. The dealership or other business directing an offer remains responsible for the content, pricing, inventory availability, eligibility conditions, claims, disclosures, and fulfillment it supplies, approves, or authorizes. Hosting, generating, or delivering that content does not itself make Company the seller, lender, repair provider, manufacturer, advertiser of the underlying offer, or guarantor of the transaction.

Customers must ensure that their communications comply with applicable advertising, pricing, consumer-protection, and other laws. The FTC's March 13, 2026 notice concerning deceptive dealership pricing and associated warning letter address dealer pricing practices. Customers must review applicable requirements rather than assume that using an AI platform validates an offer. No FTC approval or certification is implied.

Consumers should confirm vehicle availability, final transaction pricing, financing conditions, service scope, and appointment commitments with the relevant business. A general disclaimer cannot cure an otherwise misleading claim or replace a disclosure required alongside a specific offer. Company remains responsible for its own conduct and nonwaivable obligations; contractual responsibility and remedies are governed by the applicable accepted agreement.

8. Communication Permissions And Recording

Using AI does not remove requirements governing automated or artificial-voice calls, text messages, commercial email, do-not-call restrictions, or recording and transcription. Required permission depends on the communication, technology, recipient, jurisdiction, and applicable law.

Visiting a website, accepting general terms, supplying a phone number, verifying that number, or having an existing business relationship does not automatically authorize every marketing call, text, recording, or future use. An informational request is not blanket promotional consent. Required notices and authorizations must be obtained through the applicable communication or enrollment process.

For supported text programs, recipients may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. Other legally effective revocations must also be honored as applicable. Message and data rates may apply. Program-specific disclosures explain frequency and supported functions. Contact support@deos1.com or the business identified in the message for assistance. An opt-out must not be treated as erasure of the minimum suppression record necessary to honor it.

9. Likeness, Voice, And Biometric Permissions

Creation and use of a replica require appropriate rights in the person's name, image, voice, recordings, and other source materials. Company acceptance processes may include an express, limited individual authorization, but organizational acceptance cannot grant another person's rights without actual authority. Employment or access to a recording is not by itself unrestricted permission to clone a voice or use a likeness.

Where applicable law requires a separate informed written biometric release or other specific consent, that process must occur before the relevant collection or processing. Failure to opt out does not replace mandatory consent. Approved dealership communications do not automatically authorize Company portfolio advertising using an individual's likeness.

The Privacy Policy and applicable consent describe permitted purposes and retention and destruction requirements. A general archival provision does not override a mandatory biometric deletion deadline. Report suspected unauthorized likeness use to legal@deos1.com; users may also contact support@deos1.com to withdraw the platform likeness authorization as described in the subscription terms.

10. Demonstrations, Samples, Customer References, And Performance Claims

Demonstrations, screenshots, videos, sample messages, and illustrative workflows may use fictitious or substituted information, simulated events, or a configured evaluation environment. A demonstration does not establish that every feature is included, released, enabled, integrated, or available to every customer. Proposed capabilities and roadmaps are not delivery commitments unless expressly included in an accepted agreement.

Active paid customers may authorize limited customer identification and sanitized sample-content use through Section 13.4 of the subscription terms, with an opt-out at legal@deos1.com. Public samples must not expose actual consumer or recipient identities, private communications, personal records, or confidential business information. Any necessary individual or third-party publicity rights must also exist. Broader use, including a defined case study or testimonial, requires the applicable additional approval. A customer reference alone does not imply a testimonial, endorsement, or performance result.

Reported results depend on the measured population, period, definition, channel, data quality, configuration, and customer practices. Opens, engagement, conversations, appointments booked, completed visits, revenue attribution, and incremental profit are different measures and must not be treated as interchangeable. Historical or selected results do not guarantee future performance. Results may vary by dealership or customer. A qualification does not replace the need for reasonable substantiation of a published claim.

11. Intellectual Property And Third-Party Marks

Copyright © 2026 I REVLAB, INC. All rights reserved in Company-owned protected materials, subject to applicable licenses, customer rights, and law.

DEOS™, REVLAB VIDEO™, REPLAi™, and related Company branding identify Company offerings. The use of ™ does not represent that a mark is federally registered. Third-party names, marks, vehicle images, software names, and other materials belong to their respective owners. Their identification does not by itself imply affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, certification, or an unrestricted license.

Company and its licensors retain their respective rights in protected software, model assets, production methods, integration logic, reusable templates, documentation, and other technology. Ownership and permitted use of customer inputs and final outputs follow the applicable agreement and underlying rights. Company does not claim exclusive ownership of every generic idea or every AI-generated element. Copyright protection for AI-assisted materials depends on applicable law and the nature of human authorship.

Unauthorized extraction, reverse engineering, misappropriation, unlicensed copying, or exploitation may result in enforcement under applicable contractual and independent legal rights, including claims for damages or injunctive relief where available. Ordinary authorized customer use of exported outputs remains permitted under the applicable license. Lawful independent development, protected reporting, and legally permitted use are not prohibited merely by this notice.

12. Third-Party Services, Security, And Compliance Statements

Integrations, linked sites, payment services, carrier networks, recall databases, and other third-party systems may have their own terms, permissions, limitations, and availability. Company does not control their independent operations. Company remains accountable for providers it engages to perform its own obligations as provided in the applicable agreement and law.

No system can guarantee absolute security. References to encryption, isolation, access controls, or compliance practices describe applicable safeguards and commitments, not a promise that an incident is impossible. An explanation of alignment with a framework is distinct from an independent audit, certification, regulatory approval, or production authorization.

Security and compliance materials are available through the site's applicable legal, security, or compliance sections or on request at legal@deos1.com. Only accurately documented, expressly applicable certifications, audit reports, and commitments should be relied on. Listing a standard or law does not mean every Service is certified against it or that use of DEOS makes a customer's operations compliant. Appropriate customer controls and, where required, separate processing or security agreements remain necessary.

13. No Emergency, Safety, Or Professional-Service Substitute

The Services are not emergency dispatch, an emergency monitoring service, a medical service, legal or tax advice, a vehicle diagnostic system, or a substitute for qualified dealership or repair personnel. Do not rely on an AI conversation for an emergency or a safety-critical decision. Use appropriate emergency channels when needed.

Recall and maintenance information may be incomplete or delayed. Confirm recall applicability, remedy availability, repair completion, and vehicle safety with appropriate authoritative sources and qualified personnel. A recall message is not a determination that a vehicle is safe to drive or that all legally required notices have been completed.

Send concerns about suspected infringement, unauthorized likeness use, deceptive platform content, privacy, or other legal issues to legal@deos1.com. Include a description, the relevant public URL or message identifier, the business involved if known, your contact information, and supporting facts sufficient to locate and evaluate the issue. Where applicable, identify the rights asserted and your authority to act. Do not send unnecessary consumer records, passwords, full government identifiers, or other sensitive material through a general email.

For technical, messaging, or suspected account-security issues, contact support@deos1.com. Do not exploit an issue, access another person's data, interrupt Services, or disclose private information to demonstrate a concern. This reporting channel does not grant authorization for penetration testing or create a security-testing safe harbor. Company will evaluate reports and take appropriate action under applicable agreements and law; no particular outcome or response time is guaranteed by this notice.

These are general reporting contacts. They do not purport to identify a registered DMCA designated agent, create statutory safe-harbor status, or replace a legally required notice or reporting process. Court papers and other formal process must be served through a legally valid method. Reports to Company do not restrict rights to contact a regulator or law enforcement.

15. Availability, Geographic Scope, And Updates

Public descriptions are provided for general information and may change. Actual features, support, availability commitments, charges, remedies, and service limitations depend on the applicable accepted agreement. No new service warranty or blanket exclusion of liability is created by this page.

Access does not mean a feature is legally available in every jurisdiction. International processing, export restrictions, communications requirements, and local rights must be evaluated for the intended use. An update to these notices does not retroactively amend an accepted agreement or supply consent required for a new processing purpose. Material changes to contractual terms or data practices follow the applicable agreement, Privacy Policy, and law.
