DEOS for Agency Partners

An Integrated Engagement Layer For Agencies Serving Automotive Retail

Automotive agencies increasingly manage more than creative and media. Their work reaches into lead response, customer follow-up, service retention, personalized content, and the connection between campaign activity and dealership outcomes. DEOS gives qualified agency partners access to an integrated engagement environment through secure APIs and agreed custom integrations.

The partnership allows an agency to incorporate DEOS video, conversational calls, SMS, and related engagement capabilities into the services it delivers to authorized dealerships. The agency retains its client strategy and service relationship, while the integration establishes a controlled route from approved information and content to customer interaction and measured results.

Extend Agency Services Across The Customer Relationship

Service Area Partner Application
Personalized Content Generate approved customer and vehicle messaging, human-replica video, original presenters, and supporting creative assets.
Conversational Engagement Add enabled voice, SMS, email, and chat workflows to lead response, follow-up, and service programs.
Lifecycle Programs Coordinate welcome, ownership, maintenance, declined-work, reactivation, and next-purchase engagement.
Audience And Campaign Operations Prepare eligible audiences from authorized connected records; configure content, sequencing, and approved actions.
Conversation Continuity Route replies and contextual handoffs to the dealership or the agency team assigned to handle them.
Reporting Review execution status and available appointment, sales, and service outcomes using agreed definitions and source coverage.

These capabilities can support an existing agency application or an agreed partner implementation. API access is scoped to the contracted functions; access to the whole product family does not imply that every user-interface feature is available as an identical API operation. The integration plan establishes the supported endpoints, events, data exchanges, and enabled actions.

A Practical Integration Model

The first step is to define the service being delivered: for example, an agency-managed service retention program or a dealership's personalized lead-response workflow. DEOS and the partner then identify the necessary data sources, dealership permissions, channels, content, approvals, and destinations for replies or outcomes.

Integration design addresses authentication, tenant identification, least-privilege permissions, credential handling, error responses, retries, duplicate prevention, and execution visibility. Testing confirms that a request reaches the intended dealership context, produces the authorized result, and surfaces failures instead of reporting unsuccessful work as complete.

The same approach applies when an agency combines DEOS with its own reporting, creative, or client-service systems. New recipients and uses of dealership information must be approved as part of the data flow; an API connection is not open permission to export customer records elsewhere.

Dealership Authority Remains Explicit

Each participating dealership must authorize the agency's role and permitted access. Workspaces, credentials, audiences, content, and actions are scoped to the relevant client. One agency's access to multiple dealerships does not create a combined customer database or permit one client's confidential information to inform another client's targeting or commercial strategy.

The agency and dealership establish who approves offers and creative, manages customer replies, maintains source accuracy, obtains required permissions, and resolves exceptions. DEOS applies its own agreed processing and security responsibilities. Responsibility allocation is documented rather than assumed from which organization pressed “send.”

Use of an individual's voice, image, or likeness requires the appropriate authorization. Customer communications remain subject to consent, contact restrictions, opt-outs, and approved commercial representations. These operating requirements are part of service design, not a final checkbox after a campaign is assembled.

Selective Partnership And Wholesale Terms

DEOS offers wholesale commercial arrangements to selected partners whose operating model, technical capability, security practices, and dealership authorizations fit the proposed service. Qualification considers the use case, anticipated volume, source systems, support capability, data handling, and implementation responsibilities.

Partner agreements define pricing, enabled services, usage, implementation, support, and any resale or client-facing presentation rights. Wholesale access does not automatically include white-label rights, exclusivity, unrestricted sublicensing, or every custom development request. Those elements can be considered within a defined agreement.

A staged launch allows the partner to validate content quality, routing, execution, handoffs, and source-confirmed results before expanding across clients. Success is assessed through reliable delivered work and useful outcomes, alongside actual operating cost and oversight effort.
