DEOS for Dealer Groups

Group-Level Coordination With Store-Level Authority Across Public And Private Dealer Platforms

A dealership group needs a consistent view of operations without assuming every store has the same systems, customers, or local priorities. DEOS provides an engagement environment in which corporate leadership, regional operators, and dealership teams can work from connected information within their assigned authority. Customer engagement can be coordinated across the platform while each store retains responsibility for its local relationships and approved commercial decisions.

The group model extends the same three core responsibilities: transaction operations, opportunity management, and engagement. DEOS connects engagement across those responsibilities, allowing leadership to establish common operating standards while dealerships carry out local work.

Organize The Platform Around The Way The Group Operates

Access and reporting can follow the group's authorized structure: dealership, brand, region, operating division, or other defined portfolio segment. A platform president can review comparable performance across participating stores; a regional leader can work within an assigned territory; a dealership manager can act within the store's own scope.

Useful consolidation requires common definitions as well as connections. Appointment, show, completed repair order, sale, and engagement outcome must mean the same thing in a group comparison. DEOS deployment establishes the available source records, reporting definitions, and permitted actions for the participating systems. Differences in source coverage remain visible rather than being hidden inside a combined total.

Corporate And Local Engagement Can Operate Together

Operating Layer Group Responsibility Dealership Responsibility
Standards And Content Define approved brand language, campaign templates, operating limits, and measurement definitions. Apply authorized local details, personnel, inventory, offers, and service information.
Engagement Coordinate group initiatives, retention programs, and approved audiences across participating stores. Run relevant local sales, service, and ownership workflows within assigned authority.
Customer Contact Establish contact policies and resolve overlapping corporate and local initiatives. Maintain accurate local context, respond to customers, and complete assigned handoffs.
Intelligence Review permitted rollups, exceptions, and performance by authorized segment. Inspect source-backed store results and act on local opportunities.
Access And Oversight Assign appropriate corporate, regional, agency, and store permissions. Control local users and responsibilities within the approved group structure.

Corporate and dealership communications can run concurrently, but they should not compete for the same customer's attention. Campaign ownership, recipient permissions, contact limits, and stop conditions must coordinate the next action. A completed service visit or a local employee takeover should inform an affected corporate sequence.

One Engagement Environment Across Departments

Group users have access to the DEOS capabilities appropriate to their role: internal business questions and daily briefs, staff messaging and voice/video collaboration, conversational calls and messaging, personalized video, lifecycle automation, scheduling through supported connectors, and contextual human handoffs.

A regional service leader might identify a pattern of missed follow-up, compare participating stores using consistent definitions, approve a common recovery playbook, and delegate local exceptions. Store teams then manage customer replies and appointments using their actual hours, service capacity, and approved offers. Leadership can inspect execution and outcomes without personally handling each conversation.

The result sought is a shorter distance between group policy, local execution, and a reliable record of what occurred. Reporting distinguishes delivery, conversations, bookings, attendance, completed work, and sales rather than treating every activity as revenue.

Shared Oversight Does Not Mean An Unrestricted Customer Pool

Dealership information remains protected within identified tenant boundaries. Group-level access is explicitly authorized for the relevant stores, data, and purposes; common ownership or branding alone does not grant universal access. Permitted reporting rollups do not create a pooled DDU customer database or authorize cross-store marketing.

This distinction supports acquisitions, different franchises, agency relationships, and regional operating structures. Users can receive the oversight necessary for their function without exposing every dealership's private information. Changes to store ownership, permissions, and integration access follow controlled onboarding and offboarding procedures.

Deployment And Subscription Structure

Groups can begin with representative stores and expand by an agreed sequence. Initial work establishes system compatibility, data definitions, workflow ownership, corporate/local coordination, and acceptance of bookings, record updates, handoffs, and support. New acquisitions can be assessed against the same operating framework without assuming identical technology.

Corporate Pricing Tier Stated Deployment Range Monthly Rate Per Dealership
Regional/Core 5–10 dealerships $4,500
Enterprise 10+ dealerships $3,500

Single-Point/Growth pricing is $5,000 per dealership per month for the stated 1–5 dealership range. Tier selection at the five- and ten-store boundaries, participating stores, included services, usage, and additional charges are established in the Order Form. Group savings are assessed against actual removable subscriptions, transition costs, and the accepted operating scope.

Establish Your Group's Deployment Scope

Contact support@deos1.com with the number of participating dealerships, brands, regions, and principal systems. DEOS can then scope the authorized group structure, corporate and local workflows, and an appropriate deployment sequence. Further product information is available at deos1.com.
