The leadership and principals behind DEOS bring more than 200 years of combined experience across automotive retail, enterprise technology, corporate finance, capital markets, business formation, and growth. That experience extends to the period before the internet became part of dealership operations and includes owning, working in, buying, and selling dealerships. Across individual ventures and partnerships, successes and failures have informed our understanding of what works, what creates unnecessary complexity, and what dealerships need from technology. We have brought those lessons together with expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, AI, compute, and cloud infrastructure to establish the business and technical foundation of DEOS.

Built From Both Sides Of The Dealership

Our perspective includes the work inside the store and the technology serving it. We understand the importance of established DMS and CRM systems, the constraints of integrating with them, and the opportunities created by newer architectures. A useful platform must respect that operating environment while making it easier for employees and customers to work across it.

DEOS has evolved from that combination of industry knowledge and engineering practice. Its engagement model connects authorized dealership information, internal staff workflows, and customer communication across sales, service, and ownership. The aim is to give routine work a coordinated operating structure while preserving human judgment, local authority, and accountability.
