DEOS for Dealerships

Connected Dealership Intelligence And Customer Engagement Across Sales, Service, And Ownership

A dealership already has systems responsible for transactions and customer opportunities. DEOS adds the engagement responsibility: coordinating what the dealership knows, what its employees need to do, and how the customer is contacted across departments. It connects authorized DMS, CRM, inventory, and scheduling information to an operating environment for staff intelligence, collaboration, and customer communication.

Three core dealership systems—DMS, CRM, and DEOS—connected to the Dealer Data Universe and supporting applications.

This is the practical basis of the Hybrid Autonomous Dealer. Defined, repeatable work can proceed within approved rules, while dealership personnel retain responsibility for judgment, customer relationships, commercial commitments, and physical vehicle work. The objective is continuity across the relationship, with less repeated administration and clearer ownership of the next action.

From A Manager's Question To Completed Work

A General Manager can ask about month-to-date units, front and back gross, pace against objective, appointments, or unworked opportunities using the connected information available to that role. A Service Director can identify eligible declined work or overdue maintenance, inspect the proposed audience, authorize outreach, and review resulting appointments.

The same environment supports internal staff messaging, voice and video calling, customer conversations, and contextual handoffs. A reply, completed repair, ownership change, opt-out, or employee takeover can change the next step. Work is coordinated around the customer's current circumstances rather than independent campaigns.

An active dealership can generate nearly 200 daily activity signals in the operating model described in the DEOS White Paper. The approximately 22 lifecycle categories consolidate those signals into a useful planning framework; they are not a required contact schedule. Individual deployments enable the relevant workflows and coordinate them around permissions, customer preferences, and available capacity.

Connected To The Systems You Use

DMS connection paths include Tekion APIs, CDK Global through Fortellis, Dealertrack through Cox Automotive, and Reynolds & Reynolds through Authenticom DealerVault, which also supports other DMS connections within its coverage. CRM API paths include VinSolutions through Cox and DriveCentric; broader CRM lead delivery uses supported intake methods. Scheduling paths include Xtime through Cox and Dealer-FX APIs.

Available records, actions, and write-back differ by connection. Deployment establishes those specifics before enabling the corresponding workflow. The DMS, CRM, and scheduler retain their designated record authority; DEOS coordinates authorized engagement around them.

A Defined Transition And Commercial Structure

Implementation begins with the dealership's systems, workflow owners, customer permissions, and current automations. StackAudit™ can identify potential consolidation before the store changes its subscriptions. Initial workflows are activated with accepted booking, handoff, source-update, and support procedures, followed by expansion based on observed use.

Corporate Pricing Tier Stated Deployment Range Monthly Rate Per Dealership
Single-Point/Growth 1–5 dealerships $5,000
Regional/Core 5–10 dealerships $4,500
Enterprise 10+ dealerships $3,500

Tier eligibility at the five- and ten-dealership boundaries is established in the Order Form. The Order Form also specifies included services, usage, integration scope, and any additional charges. Consolidation economics should include those amounts and actual removable expenses.
